Some studies have shown that about 15-20% of people dream in color while other research suggests that all people dream in color, but only a small portion recall the colors after they awake. It is also believed that we can train ourselves to dream in color or remember the colors from our dreams. One way to do this is to focus our minds more on the colors surrounding us in our daily lives. The implications relating to changing our dreams are profound.

If we can change the way we dream, we can change the world.
